It is my strong belief that design informed by research results in a better user experience.
I use my 10+ years of experience and training in UX research, strategy, and design ideation to help with the creation of experiences that match user needs.
I also have a strong interest in the design of social systems and understanding user behavior within the context of play, which has been an ongoing focus of my research and professional work.
I especially thrive when I get to investigate and help solve complex interaction design problems in a collaborative team environment that embraces design thinking.
I use my training to advocate for the full UX approach which starts with (and follows through) with research. Working with designers I collaborate in the creative process by helping the team identify intent and validate it with research. With this approach, I help designers hone their instinct and craft solutions that truly meet the needs of our users.
